CWGSP
The wildlife and greenspace within the City of Camrose is what makes our city unique and beautiful. Residents and visitors of the city equally enjoy the gifts greenspace provide. Therefore, in order to be able to relish in its beauty for years to come, their has to be an effort made in conserving it. That is why the CWGSP was created.
Each summer, we offer a wildlife and greenspace education series. Please join us every Tuesday night at 7 pm at the Four Seasons Environmental Centre for a lecture or walk on topics such as bats, snakes, songbirds, native flowers, and much more. You won’t want to miss out!
The Camrose Wildlife and Greenspace Stewartship Project ( CWGSP ) was created in 2002 with the support of Ducks Unlimited, Augustana Faculty - University of Alberta, Camrose Rotary Club, Camrose and District Fish and Game Association, Alberta Fish and Wildlife, Camrose Ski Club, Wildrose Outdoor Club, and the City of Camrose Leisure Services Department.
